To get motivated we started our initial 6-month program by setting a date for a photo shoot so as to have a transformation date to focus our minds. The training period was split between muscle building and cutting, and with Indi’s expert guidance, I excelled at all the top sets. In particular, I saw a huge increase in my upper body strength, and I finally achieved one of my biggest fitness goals - being able to complete pull-ups, I went from zero to 10 reps! When I first met Indi I was fairly confident on a surface level but lacked true deep confidence and self-belief. Indi opened my eyes to view myself and the world from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset. He guided me from a place where I felt disconnected from my heart, unaligned between my mind and soul to a place of complete content and trust in myself. Fitness-wise I gained a lot of knowledge I was able to transfer to my own client's programming from being coached for strength and strongman conditioning by Indi.
